About the Company United Media is dedicated to creating large-scale media and conference products in various sectors including insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. We have successfully launched 8 media companies and made one acquisition. What We Offer As the Chief Financial Officer, you'll have a significant role in shaping one of our portfolio companies. You'll have full ownership of the financial aspect and will be constantly challenged to grow beyond your limits. You will be based at our headquarters in London and will benefit from:

Your Role Your tasks will include:
  • Developing annual budgets to ensure efficient financial planning.
  • Providing regular cash flow updates.
  • Creating monthly P&L and cash reports for detailed financial insights.
  • Implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Reviewing internal and external loans to maintain financial health.
  • Supporting sales and operations teams.
  • Handling Working Capital responsibilities.
  • Managing Human Resources Financial Planning.
What We Look For We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency. You should be driven, committed to excellence, take initiative, and fulfill your commitments. Additionally, you should share our passion for business development and possess:
  • Background in accounting, preferably with over two years of experience in a Big Four firm.
  • Previous experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium-sized company.
  • Valid UK work permit.
  • Experience in the Media and Conferences industry is a plus.
