HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivery of full range of human resource services. You will act as the primary interface for all employees.
Duties include:
- Analysing a company's daytoday operations
- To act as the first point of contact for advice and problem solving in the areas of employee relations: disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
- Leading the probation process, including midprobation
- Providing advice to management on employee relations and management issues
- Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
- Offering proactive recruitment assistance
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
- Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
- Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system
- Employee check ins and proactively chasing and following up
Requirements for success:
- Excellent IT Skills
- Good knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Be well organised and be able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Can problem solve independently and with confidence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualifications:
- CIPD Qualified (Essential)
