Responsibilities:
- Performing Fire and General H&S Risk Assessments
- Producing accurate risk assessments with clear instructions
- Liaising with clients for compliance and issue resolution
- Creating remedial work schedules
- Attending client meetings as needed
- Providing technical advice
Required Skills:
- Full clean driving license
- Awareness of fire safety and H&S legislation
- Previous experience in Fire and/or H&S Risk Assessments
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to build professional relationships
- Knowledge of building regulations
