Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our clients Aviation Marketing department at their HQ in Gatwick.


Our Gatwick client, a global leader in its market sector, are looking to recruit a permanent Marketing Executive.

Salary:
Up to £36,000 depending on experience

About the role:

The role involves creating brand awareness and increasing sales opportunities for the business. On a day-to-day basis your activities will be;

  • Develop and deliver marketing plans within budget
  • Develop and produce high quality and effective materials in line with branding guidelines
  • Utilise market intelligence to identify new opportunities in the assigned business area
  • Plan high quality events including exhibitions, conferences, training and customer events

Responsibilities:

  • Codevelops digital strategies with Marketing Manager, coordinates media relations and prepares external communications with marketing assistant, focussing on regular PR and SMS content
  • Manages Direct Consumer Communication campaigns in the Social Media as an expert under the supervision of the Marketing Manager
  • Support for launching and positioning of products/services in a sector via specific marketing strategies (i.e sponsorship,exhibitions and events) and media (i.e internet, press, television and radio)
  • Manage the digital strategy advertising on B2B websites and customer websites
  • Participates to liaise with sales, marketing services, etc. in supporting sales promotions related to Marketing activities
  • Manage and develop the UK company website ensuring the most up to date product information is visible
  • Plan and deliver B2B and B2C events and exhibitions on time and within budget and to attend such events is required

Requirements:

  • Experience in general Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Events, Websites
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Aviation experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and good team working skills
  • Able to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator desirable
