Helpdesk Operator

Due to contract expansion, we are expanding our Helpdesk team and are in the need of customer focussed Helpdesk Operators on a full-time permanent basis.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Helpdesk Operators who want to succeed. You could have the opportunity to develop further within our business to planner, estimator or higher
If you have any experience within customer service, administration or housing, we need to hear from you
Your duties will include
- Receiving calls from tenants, service users and clients.
- Booking repairs and maintenance on properties.
- Working closely with planners, supervisors and clients to ensure jobs raised correctly.
- Ensure all records and IT data on systems remains updated.
- Ensure the delivery of our service is customer focused.
- Mears Housing Management is a successful business within Mears Group PLC, having grown in 5 years to a nationally based management business with 12,000 homes and contracts with 50 Local Authorities and Central Government.
