We've got an exciting role in the world of plastic printing that's ideal for someone with a print background looking to step up into a leadership role


You will be based at the companies manufacturing facilities in Colchester, helping the print team with the production of plastic cosmetic and hygiene products.

Starting salary will be circa £33,000 and you will be working on a shift pattern that is compromised of both days and nights, working around 36 hours per week.

What will I be doing?

  • As a Print Leader, you'll be organising the companies printing department to ensure autonomous production is maintained.
  • You will be a leading technician ensuring that work is completed on time to high standards, by coordinating and coaching the team.
  • You will be hands on, getting involved with the printing team to motivate and ensure targets are achieved.
What do they need from you?

  • Having hands on printing experience, ideally within flexographic printing.
  • Being able to lead and take charge of a team
  • Be able to coordinate and plan to ensure performance remains high
  • Working in a hands on way, to positively influence your team
