They are seeking Electrical Engineers to join their expanding Engineering team and lead high-voltage projects. As a part of the design team, you will work on a variety of Transmission & Distribution projects both locally and internationally.

  • Take responsibility for electrical engineering production on assigned projects.
  • Collaborate closely with civil designers to ensure alignment between civil aspects and electrical equipment requirements.
  • Oversee electrical & civil design logs from Utility providers and client owners engineer.
  • Manage design pack submissions to Utility providers and client owners engineer.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement specifications for primary plant components like HV power transformers, HV circuit breakers, HV switchgear, and NERs.
  • Prepare physical HV layouts, electrical systems, secondary control and protection systems, and single-line diagrams.
  • Required qualifications: Honours Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with HV contractor or utility.
  • Proficiency in design software such as ETAP, Eplan, AutoCAD, Cymcap, Autodesk, and Advanced Steel.
  • Desirable on-site commissioning experience.
