Greenan Manor Care Home in Doonfoot, Ayr are now looking to recruit a
HOSPITALITY HOST to join them in delivering high quality service to their elderly residents.
£ 10.45 per hour + benefits, 25 Hours per week
You will have the important role of delivering first-class customer service so that our visitors and residents feel welcomed, reassured, and supported on arrival.
Getting to know residents and their wants and needs will play a vital part in everyone having the gold-plated experience they deserve.
You will ensure all visitors to the internal restaurant/café are offered refreshments and will help keep the areas clean, tidy, restocked and laid out in keeping with the home's high-quality health and safety standard.
You may also assist the hospitality and catering team in serving meals to residents and assisting in the turnover and clean up after mealtimes.
We would love you to have some previous experience in a similar role but this is not essential as with your own mentor, a full induction and on-going training, you'll settle into your new role in no time.
