About the Role
You will be working as part of a small team managed by the Transaction Team Leader.

You will be expected to achieve ambitious targets, always ensuring accurate information is processed and to provide support to internal and external customers.

The role provides finance and accountancy support to the team and wider business with a focus on accounts payable.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Invoice lifecycle management, including statement reconciliations
  • Perform checks when validating supplier records
  • Prepare and process weekly payment runs
  • Support the management accounting deliverables, including balance sheet reconciliations
  • Accurately monitor and maintain the accounts payable mailbox
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded appropriately for the month end close
  • Other ad hoc projects

About You
You will be committed and enthusiastic to this role and support Habinteg's vision, mission and values.


You will have at least 3 year's experience of working in a similar role, experience of working with financial systems and experience of end to end accounts payable processes.


You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.
