The Role:
Senior Associate, Fixed Income Core & ESG Product Management

The Location:
London Office (other European locations may be considered)

Our fixed income indexing solutions include recognized branded indices such as those for bonds (iBoxx) and credit derivatives (CDX & iTraxx).

The team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support and promote our Fixed Income Core and ESG bond indices product suite globally.

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the team as they maintain current and develop new products, by performing and producing analytical work within and across teams as pertaining to the Fixed Income product families.

The Senior Analyst will, alongside commercial teams, will be a key player in developing and executing critical team processes that support the development and achievement of the Fixed Income business strategy.

This is a highly technical role, but also requires effective collaboration skills while having a commercial-focused mindset in achieving the team's strategic priorities.

In addition to being a hands-on Product Manager, the Senior Analyst will be an integral team member and collaborate across adjacent teams to achieve project goals.

Regular interaction with senior internal stakeholders and clients to develop new strategies and act as subject matter expert on methodologies
Focusing on the EMEA market, work across FICC team to support success of FI product lines; help identify new product opportunities to help drive commercial success
Support team members in client engagement and analysis including external presentation / Powerpoint and data analysis and mining / Excel; Contribute to product innovation and enhancements, including around index methodology consultations and annual index reviews
Undergraduate degree or equivalent in mathematics, finance, or a related field
~ Programming skills (Python, R, Matlab) a plus
