Retail Van Driver
Salary:
£8,924
Hours:15 hours per week over 3 days
Contract type:1 year FTC with potential to extend
Location:
Various (Bath, Wiltshire, Somerset and across the Southwest)
The Role:
To provide an efficient and cost-effective logistics service to our retail shops, representing Julian House by ensuring that your conduct and actions reinforce Julian House's ethos and values.
Responsibilities include:
- To promote and represent Julian House favourably by acting as an ambassador to our customers, staff, volunteers, clients and our wider community.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service to our staff, volunteers, external customers, agencies and outside businesses. Working productively and efficiently at all stages of collection and delivery of our stock.
- Complete collections and deliveries of stock to our customers houses, completing and collecting licenced bag drops, promoting our charities work and aims.
- Service and empty JH clothing banks when required.
- Ensure own safety, and the safety of those around. Comply with duties under Health and Safety legislation.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Holder of full clean valid UK driving licence that has been held for at least 12 months
- Over 25 years of age to comply with our insurance requirements.
- Capable of driving considerable distances when required
- Organised with ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced
