In this role, you will work closely with your HR colleagues to support Line Managers and circa 500 employees through all range of employee life cycles matters.

You will be providing a high-quality provision, including end to end recruitment, training and development coordination, employee relations and HR related payroll and system support


You will have strong attention to detail and be well organised, as you will deal with ER matters on an ad hoc basis as well as managing a caseload, including investigations and disciplinary matters, long term absence and supporting Line Managers with Performance Management, as well as supporting the day to day administrative tasks when required.

You will be an excellent communicator with an empathetic nature, who will be solutions focused, whilst adhering to the colleges policies and relevant employment legislation
