We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our Clinical Services Team to provide care to our clinical clients in and around the
Falkirk area.**We are currently recruiting experienced clinical carers
to join our team.

In addition we provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, Overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Complex Care Support Worker within the Clinical Services Team.


We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.


We believe that homecare is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Complex Care Support Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment.


Clinical tasks may include:
(Dependant on client)

  • Catheter Care
  • Epilepsy Management
  • Gastrostomy Care
  • Enteral feeding and medication administration
  • Medication Management
  • Nebuliser and or Oxygen Management
  • Nasogastric Care
  • Invasive and non
- invasive ventilation

  • Oxygen/Saturation Monitoring
  • Spinal Injury Care
  • Tracheostomy care
