An opportunity to take the strategic lead with clients' utility requirements, this role is responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, whilst supporting business growth through client retention and consulting on opportunities for growth.

Not limited to the below, the Consultant (Grade 5) will:

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients and maintain strong client relationships and ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Review and deliver upselling opportunities within the designated portfolio across all service lines: supply, demand and compliance.
  • Lead strategic direction/advice for clients (working with specialist teams where applicable)
  • Plan and agree delivery of client requirements with service delivery teams & ensure they are listed within the appropriate software
  • Update CRM with internal and external interactions and client delivery plan progress
  • Ensure that Clients are presented with a regular summary of all services delivered including our performance against the agreed KPI's, with a focus to ensure the client is aware of the value our service delivers by either savings or resource
  • Contract and strategy recommendation delivery and sign off
  • Ensure all internal & client quality measures are adhered
  • Ensure monthly strategic internal reports are updated
  • Map decision making process/contacts and Influencers within the client company and ensure they see the benefits of our service (I.e. FD, Energy Manager, Property Director)
  • Oversee management of queries associated to designated portfolio through Customer Services channel
  • Strategic planning & reviews of client requirements with Consultants, Specialists and Client Delivery Team
  • Maintain and update Consultus systems so they are up to date at all times
  • Assist in the management of the dedicated Delivery Support and also assist in any keys areas required by the Delivery Manager
