HRLife are thrilled to be working with this diverse SME business to help find their next permanent HR Manager.


This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth and development of this forward thinking company and as the HR Manager you will be working in a small team and reporting directly to the CEO.


You will be a strong generalist who enjoys managing all facets of HR and you will thrive on working in partnership with managers to support them in establishing excellence within their teams.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of HR within the business and ensuring compliance with Employment legislation and company values.
  • Working as a business partner to provide HR input on key issues across the entire business.
  • Providing clear direction across the business to ensure HR is integrated in decisions made.
  • Creating a people oriented business where employees are valued and the organisation is seen as an employer of choice.
  • Overseeing all recruitment agency negotiations, interview processes and onboarding.
  • Identifying training needs and sourcing suitable training providers for soft skills training in particular.
  • Ensuring there are processes in place that will provide and encourage staff development and succession planning.
  • Ensure that company policies are kept up to date and reflect current employment legislation and any changes are communicated effectively.
  • Building relationships with managers in order to fully support them and ensure all management issues are handled in a timely and effective manner.
  • Managing Compensation monitoring current remuneration and making recommendations for future pay increases.
  • Involvement in all "people" issues across a growing business.
  • Ensuring excellence in staff communication and promoting staff wellbeing.
  • Responsible for the day to day management and development of the HR Assistant
