This exciting Financial Services organisation has a unique opportunity for an experienced Operational Resilience professional to step into an Operational Resilience Framework Lead role in order to enhance and run the Operational Resilience framework. This is a great opportunity as the organisation promotes internal progression, and you will also be tackling the DORA piece

In this role you will report directly into the Head of Operational Resilience and you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 business partners and coordinating them across the framework, be the point of escalation for the Business Partners, identifying risks and issues, looking at the mapping of IBS, looking after Scenario Testing, conducting self assessment, amongst other responsibilites.

To be successful with your application you must in extensive working knowledge on the UK Ops Res Regulations and good knowledge of DORA, leading a team is essential, and a BCM certification is desirable but not essential.

You will have access to a competitive benefits package including an annual bonus, 10% pension contribution which can be increased, Income protection, Critical illness, Private medical, amongst other benefits. The client requires 2 days a week in the central London office and 3 days a week remote.
