DUTIES

  • The following is a guide to your daily schedule. Good communication between you and your client is important. There will be an established routine in place. It is your responsibility to ensure that the schedule is carried out efficiently and in good time.

DAILY TASKS

  • Assist with getting up and going to bed
- bath or shower, toileting

  • Prepare, cook and serve meals
  • Cleaning vacuuming, washing floors, polishing furniture
  • Cleaning bath, sink, toilet, oven
  • Shopping and collecting medication
  • Laundry personal clothing, bedding, towels, etc
  • Ironing
  • Assistance with selfadministration of medication
  • General correspondence
  • Making beds and changing the linen
  • Assisting with general maintenance of the house
  • Care of household plants
