We are currently seeking a Floor layer to join our team in Basildon, covering the local area.

Overview of the Role

Working to provide top-notch service, handling responsive and planned repairs for both occupied and vacant properties. The role involves installing various types of flooring such as Laminate, Poly Safe, Altro, and Cap and Cove. You will be responsible for receiving and completing assigned tasks through a handheld device (comprehensive training provided), working efficiently and safely to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Applicants should possess a relevant City and Guilds qualification in a trade, along with solid knowledge of health and safety regulations. Customer-oriented individuals with experience in occupied and vacant properties, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs promptly and effectively.

A valid full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is mandatory as a company vehicle will be provided for work purposes only.
