Now let's discuss the role.; Helping to oversee a Busy 100-Cover Outlet based in a Purpose Built Venue, as Supervisor you'll work closely with some incredibly talented hospitality professionals to ensure that the Lounge maintains its outstanding reputation as one of the most Popular Dining Venues in the North-East - Working closely with the General Manager, you must be hands-on, energetic and ideally have experience working in a fast paced, high volume, quality food outlet.

- You'll be responsible for helping to implement the relevant systems and processes which will help ensure consistent staff performance, as well as identifying areas that need attending to and actioning those improvements.

- As Supervisor, you'll be one of the main figureheads of this extremely prominent community restaurant. You'll get to know the guests, chat to the regulars and become synonymous with the venue itself.

Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
