Job Description:
As a Head Waiter you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining experience, from setting up tables, managing food and beverages and ensuring the seamless flow of service throughout the service.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work on top-notch events like the F1 Paddock Club, ATP Tennis Masters in Madrid, the Hahnenkamm Race in Kitzbühel, and the World Equestrian Festival CHIO Aachen.
If you have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of managing large-scale events, we want to hear from you- Lead a team of waiters and ensure smooth operation throughout the service.
- Coordinate with the event manager to ensure all requirements are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and to the highest standard.
- Responsible for the setup, cleanliness, and presentation of catering areas at the events.
- Assist guests with special needs.
- Demonstrate and maintain high levels of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in highend events.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team in fastpaced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for food and hospitality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel.
