Fellowship Administrator sought for this long-established college based in Cambridge on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful applicant will report to the Governance Manager, whilst organising the recruitment, appointment and support of the Fellowship, including creating and maintaining procedures and processes.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support with the recruitment and appointment process of all fellows
  • Prepare and support new fellows through the onboarding process
  • Maintain internal information relating to fellows
  • Assist with arranging events
  • Allocating residential accommodation to incoming fellows
  • Deal with queries from fellows
  • Liaise with internal and external professionals
  • Coordinating meetings and taking minutes

Person Specification:

  • Relevant administrative experience is essential
  • Experience of HR and recruitment processes is highly desirable
  • Strong communication both verbally and in writing
  • Flexibility is essential as there may be a requirement to work around key deadlines
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
