Due to continued success and business growth, my client (a leading Payroll provider) needs to grow their vibrant and friendly payroll team.


My client is keen to meet with positive, ambitious and career focussed individuals with a desire to build upon their administration skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to take their first steps into a payroll.

Training and study support can be provided in addition to an excellent benefits package that includes multiple incentives.

  • All aspects of setting up and running a highvolume weekly payroll.
  • Processing weekly payments to contractors.
  • Issuing payslips, self bills, P45's, P60's and SOE to contractors, ensuring accuracy
  • Producing and sending accurate invoices to clients.
  • Paying and taking back advances, ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Managing spreadsheets (a good grasp of Microsoft Excel is highly advantageous)
  • General administration duties including filing, photocopying and postal duties.
  • Produce and send quarterly Intermediary reports for clients.
  • Working to company values and with a positive attitude within the department and business.

Requirements:

  • A positive and motivated personality and approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support colleagues and clients with any queries or issues
  • Good IT and computerised system skills
  • Ability to work as part of a friendly team
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • An excellent degree of attention to detail
  • A desire to progress and develop within the business
