My client a well established manufacturing and distribution company is looking for an experienced Picker with Reach FLT licences to join their warehouse team on a temp-perm basis.

The working hours are 15:15 PM - 01:25 AM (Monday-Thursday / Tuesday-Friday rotating weekly). Hours worked after 22:00 PM are paid at an enhanced rate.

Duties would include:

  • Picking goods using hand held scanners
  • Using an in house bespoke warehouse management system
  • Updating systems and excel spreadsheets
  • Using the Reach FLT to relocate stock around the warehouse
  • Organise stock on pallets
  • Use barcodes and be able to read order numbers accurately
  • Work to targets to ensure orders are shipped on time
  • Unloading deliveries

Training in picking methods / systems on days may be required for a maximum of two weeks.

Salary:
£10.73-£12.50 per hour
