Due to continued expansion we are looking for Carers to join our growing team here at Wadethorpe. The role is care home based (no travelling). Ellesmere Port/Chester area

We at Wadethorpe along with our dedicated and passionate staff strive to provide high quality residential care with a homely, safe environment whist supporting residents to engage in friendships and promoting empowerment in day to day lifestyle decisions.


As Care Assistant you'll work alongside a team of experienced Care and Senior and Management team to deliver outstanding quality, personalised care and support to our residents enabling them to live later life well.

What you'll be doing;

  • Respecting resident's rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
  • Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
  • Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes
  • Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
  • Completing daily records using our care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
