Just Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit a Paint Sprayer on behalf of our main dealer client based in Worcester.

Salary up to £46k

Mon - Fri , an hour for lunch

Key responsibilities:

  • To prepare, spray and finish vehicles in an efficient manner ensuring correctness of colour match and final finish to the company and customer's expected standards
  • To be part of a team achieving total customer satisfaction.
  • To carry out work in a safe manner, complying with retailer and manufacturer industry guidelines.

Person Specification:

  • Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative
  • Take Pride and care in their work
  • Smart Repair experience needed (2 years)
  • Panel Beater experience preferable
