Canon Medical Systems presents an exciting opening for a self-motivated individual to join as a Clinical Applications Specialist in the field of Ultrasound. This role focuses on the South East region with occasional nationwide travel. The ideal candidate will operate primarily below the M25, overseeing areas like Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, and Hampshire.

As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will deliver clinical applications support to both existing and new Canon Medical Systems clientele. Your profound knowledge of clinical ultrasound will be instrumental as you conduct thorough training for clinical users and advocate for our Ultrasound equipment through demos and presentations to stakeholders. Extensive training on our Ultrasound products will be offered, and your eagerness for learning and dedication to ultrasound will be vital for your success in this role.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Specialist in your area to meet set sales targets by establishing robust relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will also represent the company at various events and engagements both in the UK and internationally when required.

What are we looking for?

  • Radiographer (degree or DCR) with a Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical ultrasound
  • HCPC registration is mandatory
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) along with strong presentation abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different work scenarios
  • Exceptional organizational and planning proficiencies
  • A proactive approach with the capability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Ability to forge solid professional relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email platforms
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel nationally
  • Valid documentation proving the right to work in the UK
