I am currently supporting an incredibly successful organisation, based in Nottinghamshire to source a HR Advisor to join their team You will be working closely with the wider HR team to provide an excellent service going into the new year.

So, what's the role?

  • Complex and high volume ER case management
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle
  • Leading on ER projects including disciplinary, grievance and absence management
  • Working with different stakeholder groups
  • Mentoring and indirect line management of the wider HR team
