You would be working with a wide range of people but must be confident engaging with clients. You must be driven and ambitious and want to progress within a supportive and developmental firm. As a Tax Senior you will:
  • Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise. Including innovative Tax planning and reviewing complex income Tax returns.
  • Upholding the firms "face" at network functions and events.
  • Ensuring that all internal and client-based deadlines are met.
  • Assist with tax advisory projects.
  • Keep up to date with internal communications, policies and procedures and ensure this is consistent throughout the team.
As a Tax Senior you will need:
  • "Substantial" experience in Tax, with Public Practice.
  • CTA qualified or in the final stages of this.
  • To create a supportive culture, where everyone is pushed to succeed.
  • To be comfortable interacting with employees, clients, potential clients - understanding you will need to change your communication style to fit.
  • To be autonomous and driven.
