Durham Equine is a busy ambulatory veterinary practice based on the outskirts of Spennymoor.

We have a rare vacancy for an Equine Veterinary Coordinator to join our small, friendly team working in our busy office.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, taking appointments and managing the vet's diaries.

You will assist your team members with administrative duties which will include invoicing, taking payments, updating client records, and managing client accounts.

If you are a reliable, enthusiastic individual, with a great phone manner and organisational skills, this may be the position for you


The ideal person will have experience working in a vet office previously, but this is not essential as full training will be given.

You must have previous customer service experience, be proficient on a computer and be able to work under pressure.

This is a part-time position working 22.5 hours per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Hours can be negotiated for right individual.
