We have an exciting opportunity for an organised & effective HR MIS Administrator to join a small HR Systems Team, working closely with the wider HR team to deliver support across the organisation.


Position:
HR MIS Administrator

Location:
Home-based with occasional travel to our Preston Office

Hours:

Part time, 25 hours per week - Ideally you will work 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday but this can be discussed at interview.


Salary:
£14,170 per annum (FTE £21,255 per annum)

The Role
As HR Administrator you will be an integral part of the People Services

  • HR team that delivers a firstclass service across the full range of HR activities to the national operational teams.

You will be:

  • Assisting with the administration of HR Systems, enabling accounts, approving requests and updating records
  • The first point of contact for system related enquiries such as access issues
  • Completing system audits to ensure user accounts are kept up to date
  • Supporting with the production of regular data and reports

About You
As HR Administrator you will need the following skills and experience:

  • To be highly organised, able manage a large workload within tight timescales & work using your own initiative.
  • Good administrative & IT skills, including Microsoft Office in particular Excel, experience using HR Management Systems is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach.
  • To be able to follow & demonstrate processes.
