PE Teacher

ACS International Schools are recruiting a PE Teacher to work within the Upper School team at ACS Egham.

ACS Egham is looking to recruit a PE Teacher who is a team player and would be joining a strong Upper School team. The PE Teacher would be involved in collaborative planning and work as part of both the Whole School P.E Team as well as with the Upper School teachers.

We've been teaching the IB at ACS for over fifty years, and our experience means we know how best to teach it. We know it gets results - and that's why we offer the IB as our sole offering, orienting the entire school around its optimal delivery. Many of our teachers are IB examiners, meaning they know exactly how to help children to excel.

We are recruiting a Teacher with a passion for inspiring students through a concept based, inquiry driven and student focused approach.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

· Educated to Bachelors degree or international equivalent as a minimum in the relevant subject

· A teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)

· Strong IT skills, preferably with Apple products

· Significant experience and willingness to integrate technology to improve teaching and learning

· Demonstrable positive and tolerant outlook, enthusiasm for teaching

· Fluent in both verbal and written English

· Experience of teaching in an international school is desired but this is not essential.
