We work across Lancashire on various schemes, mainly focusing on social housing for different housing associations and councils.

Attributes:

  • Reliable and hardworking
  • 21 years of age or over (due to fleet insurance requirements)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bricklaying, paving, pointing, small roof repairs, blockwork, etc.
  • Proven track record with references from previous employment
  • Full clean driver's licence
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Basic tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full awareness of health and safety

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From £14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
