Salary:
£28,000, plus bonus and a company car (Audi A3 or similar)**
Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm


We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Compliance and Stock Control Assistant to join our small friendly compliance and stock control team based at our Head Office in Coney Green, Chesterfield.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to organise and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Ability to collect complex data and investigate anomalies
  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to write clearly and succinctly
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good demonstrable IT and MS Excel abilities

Flexibility to work throughout the UK including regular overnight stays:

  • Must hold a full current driving licence and have the legal eye sight requirements to drive

Advantageous:

  • Experience in conducting stock counts
  • Experience in a compliance role
  • Problemsolving skills with a curious mindset
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of developing in the role
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Key role objectives:

  • Assist with conducting compliance audits and compiling reports
  • Assist with conducting stock counts, including asset recording
  • Assist with reviewing and updating policies and procedures as required
