Description:

  • To carry out the Service, Repair & commissioning of Gas appliances, heating systems & other related tasks.
  • The gas engineer must manage their time efficiently, work independently, and ensure tasks are completed promptly with a 1st-time fix approach.
  • Confident in all types of Domestic gas testing and commissioning procedures, prioritizing safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Excellent customer relations skills, providing clear instructions and guidance to residents on gas appliance usage and system operations.
  • Participate in out-of-hours emergency call-outs and mentor apprentices when necessary.
  • Must have a good understanding of Health & safety procedures and be willing to undergo additional training.
  • Completion of necessary gas certificates, documentation, and online learning courses.

Qualifications:

Must have CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1. Recommended - HTR1, MET1, & HWSS (G3).

Additional Information:

  • Working hours 7.30am until 5pm, Monday to Friday with 1-hour lunch break.
  • Full uniform & safety equipment provided.
