Study Programme Administrator:
(Base location either Bury/Oldham with expenses paid for travel between centres)


Salary:
Up to £20,000 (depending on experience) + benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.


The successful applicant will be working as part of the Study Programme Team, providing administrative support to staff and students in all of our Study Programme centres.


Due to the nature of the role being split between two sites, a driving license and transport is desirable but not essential.


Key duties include:

  • Providing administrative support across all sites, mainly Bury and Oldham.
  • Ensure the timetable system is updated with all the relevant information to capture students' data and planning for their time on the programme.
  • Register students with awarding bodies.
  • Ensure that all incoming calls are answered within a reasonable time period, that they are directed to the appropriate person and to answer queries where appropriate.
  • To process centre monies following NLTG's quality systems
  • To distribute bus passes/travel allowances following NLTG's quality systems.
  • To process students' Bursary payments
  • To support and contribute to the centre starts strategy.
  • To participate in any Study Programme promotional events e.g., Careers Conventions, parents' evenings, job fairs, open days, etc.
  • To explain the requirements of NLTG's Study Programme provision to all interested parties
  • To ensure that both internal and external post is allocated to respective people as requested.
  • To liaise with other departments regarding queries etc. as required
  • To carry out look arounds and interviews for potential starts on the programme.
NLTG operate throughout the Northwest of England and other geographical areas so a driving licence is essential.


The above position will be filled by an individual who is professional, motivated and will fit into our first-class team.
