As an Associate Director, you will take responsibility for managing an existing diverse portfolio of clients, maintaining and developing relationships with those clients and professional intermediaries and with colleagues across the group contributing actively to the ongoing growth and development of our business.

  • Extensive experience/knowledge of the offshore trust industry
  • Evidence of commitment to high standard of customer service based on understanding needs and delivering solutions

  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Highly effective listening skills and able to make and communicate rational judgments in a decisive manner
  • Awareness and understanding of cross jurisdictional cultural differences
  • Strong Relationship Management skills
