The role:

About you:

We are looking for a Senior Caretaker who has experience of working within the facilities/education industry.

Key skills and requirements will include:

• Have the ability to lead a team of employees;
• Have sufficient ICT skills in order to utilise the Estates Management System
• Having experience is compliance and H&S Procedures
• Have experience in Contractor and Project Management
