Seeking a skilled Principal Electronic Design Engineer to join our team. You'll lead the design, implementation, and verification of complex electronic solutions in encryption and cybersecurity. This role requires expertise in electronic design, leadership, and a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

nDesign and DevelopmentnExpertise in digital and analog electronic schematic design, PCB design, and troubleshooting.nDigital and analogue electronic schematic design, simulation, implementation, and verificationnTechnical LeadershipnGuide standards selection, develop new techniques, and mentor junior engineers.nDocumentation and CommunicationnEnsure quality technical documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.nReview and author technical documentsnEngineering SupportnCollaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical support, and conduct fault diagnostics.nTechnology ResearchnStay updated on emerging technologies, evaluate their integration into products.


Essential Qualifications and Experience:

nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.nPassion for electronic design, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.nStrong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.nProficiency in electronic design tools, RF design, and cryptography.nExperience in leadership, technical documentation, and client-facing support.

nExperience of high-speed PCB design

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

nDegree in Electrical Engineering or related field.nExperience in a regulated product development environment.nProven track record in leading technical activities in complex projects.nPrevious leadership or mentorship experience.nPrevious involvement in security/defense domainnFamiliarity with fault diagnostics and client support.
