Role DescriptionnA to Z Autoparts is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire and attract quality employees.

The role requires identifying and initiating new recruitment opportunities, communicating with candidates to establish rapport, and assisting in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates.

This is a hybrid role located in Birmingham, with some ability to work remotely.

Job Descriptionn- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategiesn- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)n- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesn- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviewsn- Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fitn- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring processn- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on candidate selectionn- Conduct reference checks and background screeningsn- Extend job offers and negotiate employment termsn- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)n- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment

QualificationsnExperience with Full Life-Cycle Recruiting and InterviewingnAbility to create and convey an Employer Branding messagenStrong recruiting skills with the ability to source and engage with potential candidatesnExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsnAbility to work independently and remotely if necessarynBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldnExperience with recruiting for the automotive industry is a plusnExperience with recruiting and hiring for entry level to senior management level positions
