Who You Are:

Responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation to support our software development and digital operations. Leveraging your expertise in writing and communication, you will collaborate closely with our development and digital media teams to produce documentation that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to our target audience. From user guides to API documentation, you play a pivotal role in enhancing our product quality and user experience.

What you'll do
  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product functionality and technical specifications.
  • Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, Rest APIs, and technical guides, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language, making technical information accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct research and gather information from subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
  • Work closely with the development team to review and update documentation based on software updates, new features, and user feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in technical writing, continuously improving our documentation processes and standards

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and software and version control systems.
