  • If you have a minimum of one year's experience in handling contentious insolvency work and representing insolvency office-holders, we want to hear from you. Familiarity with antecedent transactions and breach of duty claims under the Insolvency Act 1986 and Companies Act 2006 is essential.
  • In this role, you will be advising clients on restructuring strategies and insolvency proceedings, offering customized solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Your responsibilities will involve drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to bankruptcy filings, debt restructuring agreements, creditor negotiations, and representing clients in various legal proceedings while always prioritizing their best interests.
