· Establish policies that promote company culture and vision through its operations.

· Oversee daily operations and the work of executives in core operational functions.

· Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.

· Ensure the company's compliance with operational norms and standards.

· Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

About You:

We are seeking a highly experienced operations lead, with significant post-qualification experience operating internationally at a senior level within a >$50m annual turnover business. You will have a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in delivering effective and value-generating change across the full range of functional areas.

Alongside demonstrable experience in a role of similar complexity, we need someone highly attuned to developing and sustaining inclusive and high-performing professional organisational cultures.

You will be naturally experienced in balancing strategic development with day-to-day operational demands. You will be naturally empathetic, approachable, and an outstanding people leader.
