Our client in Portadown is in need of a Machine Operator to join their bustling Recycling Centre starting right away.


Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Valid license in either Telescopic Forklift, Digger, or Loading Shovel. You'll be working around rubbish/recycling.

Shift Schedule:

Week 1:
  • Monday to Friday: 6am to 3pm
Week 2:
  • Monday to Thursday: 2pm to 11pm
  • Friday: 12noon to 9pm (40hrs/week)

Benefits:
Competitive Hourly Rate: £13.46 with Overtime available at Time & a Half.
Job Description:
Operate various mobile machinery like forklifts and Loading Shovels. Report any machine issues to the Supervisor or Operations Manager. Maintain Health & Safety standards and wear required Personal Protective Equipment. Keep the facility clean and follow standard operating procedures. Fulfill other delegated duties.
Essential Criteria:
Valid license to operate Telescopic Forklift, Counterbalance Forklift, or Loading Shovel. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Self-motivated.
