Purpose of role
We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer who will be responsible to support the execution and implementation of videos and animated assets.
The main objective of this role is to support the team developing, implementing and maintaining a new visual identity system that includes digital design, social media contents, data visualisation, marketing material, and internal communications. This means understanding and implementing consistent cross-media design principles and production processes to ensure that the design system is solid and well-thought through
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Creative Director and the team to best support larger media goals Be the in-house specialist for animations and collaborate with the video editor to concept, storyboard, edit and create engaging and compelling content for a variety of campaigns Take the initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions Adhere to brief and guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries Create graphic templates for use by other team members and client teamsKnowledge and skills required:
5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team Experience in creating short videos Strong portfolio with examples of engaging and inspiring motion graphics content A solid understanding of branding and the ability to convey brand messaging through videos and animations Able to demonstrate strong creative thinking and see that applied across all areas of work with spotless design execution Experience within Financial/Corporate environment advantageous Owning and developing the client's briefs in line with brand guidelines and strategic objectives Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong illustration skillsREWARDS & BENEFITS
