Estates Technicianto provide maintenance support to their London site whether it be pre-planned or reactive.


This is an excellent opportunity for a technician to join a well experienced team, and grow within an organisation that possesses strong company values and offers opportunity to progress.


Job responsibilities include:

  • To have oversite and operational control over the planned and reactive maintenance delivery to all Estates assets.
  • To inspect and sign off all maintenance and reactive works.
  • Undertake first line response reactive repairs as necessary.
  • Organising external Contractor support for reactive repairs as necessary.
  • To order spares and materials as required by visiting planned maintenance contractors in a timely manner.
  • To order parts and fittings as required to complete minor works.
  • Attend collective site briefing meetings and other meetings as representative of the Estates department.
  • Report to Estates Manager periodic progress, condition issues and wants of repairs for forward plan.
