As a Workshop Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Monitor workshop performance to ensure it provides the agreed requirement to a high standard.
  • Monitor spare parts in conjunction with the Service Centre Manager.
  • Ensure a high level of housekeeping is maintained.
  • Ensure correct H&S practices are followed and appropriate PPE is worn.


Applicants should be willing to work 5 days per week and be experienced in the maintenance, service and repair of garden machinery.

Additional experience in supervisory duties would be useful but not essential.
