Role Overview:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing targeted support to students with behavioural and emotional difficulties.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing behaviour management strategies, offering one-on-one mentoring, and working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students, helping them develop coping strategies and improve behaviour
Behaviour Management:

Emotional Support:
Offer emotional and social support to students, helping them navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom
Progress Monitoring:

Promote a positive and inclusive school culture where all students feel valued and supported
