Description:


Our client, a thriving logistics company located near Longbridge, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the business on a temporray to permanent basis.

This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent

basis due to an increased workload. The successful candidate will become part of a small, friendly team, handling customer service operations for the business.

Key Duties:
Act as the first point of contact for all incoming client calls
Coordinate with partners and suppliers to resolve client issues
Track both domestic and international shipments, keeping clients informed of delivery statuses
Book shipments online
Organize carrier collections and imports
Review and address discrepancy shipping reports
Order stationery and supplies for clients

Key Skills/Experience Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to build relationships with external contacts
Detail-oriented and conscientious
Capable of multitasking effectively
Excellent telephone etiquette and administrative skills
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
