You'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven SEO initiatives to increase website visibility, improve search engine rankings, and ultimately, drive qualified leads and conversions.


Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords.
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with business goals.
Optimize website content (on-page SEO) for target keywords and user intent.
Perform technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness).
Build high-quality backlinks through effective link-building strategies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Track and analyze SEO performance metrics using analytics tools.
Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with content marketing, web development, and other teams to ensure a holistic SEO approach.

Qualifications:
~3+ years of experience in SEO
~ Proven track record of success in increasing organic traffic and website rankings
~ Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building
~ Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console)
~ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points for:
Experience with content creation and content marketing strategies
Experience with technical SEO audits and website optimization
Experience with local SEO or e-commerce SEO (if applicable)
Familiarity with our industry (a plus, but not required)
