We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join an established family-run drinks business in the South West. This exciting brand, founded in 2018, has seen significant growth and success in both the on-trade and off-trade markets. Moreover, they have a top-notch production facility in South Wales.
About the Role:
- Own the On and Off trade segments across the SOUTH region
- Manage large accounts and secure new listings
- Promote interesting and unique products
- Travel required with potential for progression
- Lead and develop your own team
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales targets in the ON and OFF trade sector
- Acquire new business and maintain existing accounts
- Strategize business expansion in the on-trade sector
- Provide product knowledge and upsell opportunities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador
- Drive sales and revenue
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Drinks Sector, preferably in the ON Trade
- Self-driven and connected in the ON and OFF TRADE
- Customer-oriented with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Strong self-management and motivation skills
- Proficient in negotiation, training delivery, and explaining product ranges
- Valid driving license
